1. Dinosaur Festival

Enjoy a fun dino party at the Science Museum! This event kicks off the museum's dinosaur month - and is a fun outing for the entire family! August 5

2. Vikings Training Camp

Football is back! Bring the whole family out to the Vikings' facility in Eagan to watch practice and enjoy the festivities around training camp.  August 5

3. Movie Night at the Science Museum: Night at the Museum

Enjoy a movie on the big screen at the Science Museum with the whole family! Watch Night at the Museum as you've never seen it before! Admission tickets are required. August 4

4.  Community Painted Rock Snake

Stop by the Inver Glen Library in Inver Grove Heights and help build a giant snake made out of rocks! Each participant can paint a rock to build the library's mascot - William Snakespeare.  August 5

5. County Fairs

County fair season is here! This weekend, the Washington County Fair is being held in Stillwater. Then, starting Aug. 7 and running through Aug. 13, the Dakota County Fair is held in Farmington. Aug. 7-13
